Perilous Perforce Problems - Luna

Perforce has been my main antagonist thorough this project. Seemingly nothing I did with it was going correctly, there were errors constantly stopping me from using it, crashing my progress, and slowing down the pull. It took about 7 hours for me to pull the files, preventing me from working on what I needed to work on. I was unable to see any updates or most files to try and code.
With this roadblock, I had to figure out a way to get around it. The problem was with a large amount of files, which themselves, containing a big amount of data, it was unable to handle it properly and taking a long time to finish the repo pull on my computer. The solution was to select the certain files I need in that moment to pull, and not have any excess pulling along with it. In that current moment, I needed all the files, so I had to let it pull and take the 7 hours. While it was pulling, I had assistance with my team mates to contribute and help them while not having the ability to code on my own computer. We were screen sharing and guiding each other with problems, creating the map for usage and the different software problems everyone was experiencing. Even though, the problems were a huge pain and caused a lot of distress, it feels like with everything, I understand how to use Perforce better, thanks to my team.
